I worked in the Design industry for 20 years, from 1983 - 2003, performing nearly every task imaginable, from sign-painting, paste-up (yes, I'm THAT old), prepress production, cartooning, illustration, logo design, etc., before the Mac became the de facto tool for print production in the mid-80s.
After 25 years in the field, I went back to school and earned a Single-Subject Teaching Credential in Art and a Masters in Education. As of Sept. 2018, I am in my 9th year of teaching both Digital Art and traditional Art at a Middle School called, Creative Performing Media Arts, in San Diego, California..
